My favorite spot is the scenic overlook on Mesa Road just north of the Garden of the Gods Club. Watch the sun sweep up over Pike’s Peak at sunrise then move its way down to the redrock of Garden of the Gods. Then drive down and walk around while the light paints the redrock.
