Cedargate subdivision is just a few minutes north of Salida on Hwy 291. Some lots are right on the Arkansas River, and all lots have access to the river via an easement. Homes start at $289,000, and a few lots are still available.
Ute Heights is a small subdivision on Chaffee County Road 178. Lot sizes from 1.25 to 2.5 acres. A few vacant lots are still available, starting at $120,000. Completed homes start in the low 300s and go up.
The Chaparral development is just a short drive west of Salida on County Road 126. These flat building sites with great views in a new development make Chaparral a great choice for a sharp new home location. Home prices start at $550,000.
Arroyo del Vista is a small new subdivision just a few miles west of Salida. The building sites are flat, with great views in all directions. It is conveniently located right off Highway 285. Several lots are available around $80,000, completed homes start at $300,000.

Eagle Moon Ranch subdivision is located about 2 miles north of Poncha Springs Colorado and 8 miles from Salida Colorado. Conveniently located on Chaffee County Rd 256, close to Highways 50 and 285, but far enough away to be quiet and secluded. Lot prices range from $125,000 to $155,000.
