This is a very small residential development on the edge of Salida proper. It consists of a single cul-de-sac with about a dozen single and two family homes. The homes are recently constructed, but old enough to have mature landscaping. Pricing and availability varies as the development is no longer expanding.
Sunset Vista Subdivision – Buena Vista Colorado
Sunset Vista Subdivision in Buena Vista a wonderful, mature development just west of Buena Vista, Colorado. These modest homes are great for starter homes, retirement properties, or small families. This comfortable subdivision has homes starting at $155,000.
Chateau Chaparral – Nathrop Colorado
