It is within walking distance of some restaurants and shopping and is only a short drive from historic downtown Salida. This is a very small residential development on the edge of Salida proper. It consists of a single cul-de-sac with about a dozen single and two family homes. The homes are recently constructed, but old enough to have mature landscaping. Pricing and availability varies as the development is no longer expanding.
